Pre-requisites

To access the configuration guide, you need to have the login credentials.

Supported Features

Redblock AI supports both IdP-initiated and SP-initiated SSO.

Steps

  1. Login to the website — https://console.redblock.ai/login

  2. At the bottom left corner, click on the username initials, and click on Product Guide to navigate to redblock Docs (https://console.redblock.ai/docs/) page.

  3. Scroll down to All Sections and click on Sign In link to open the documentation page (https://console.redblock.ai/docs/sign-in).

  4. Here, under Enterprise SSO → Note section, click on Authentication (SAML SSO) link (https://console.redblock.ai/docs/settings/authentication) for setup instructions.
